I just received some gear from EnerPlex to review for The 4×4 Podcast. This video is simply an unboxing. I’ll be road testing these devices for the next few weeks and then I’ll come back and let you know what I think.
The Surfr (retail $99.99) is an iPhone case and battery pack with a solar panel on the back for emergency charging.

The Kickr (retail $129.99) is a four panel flexible (not rollable) solar panel that cranks out enough juice to charge an iPad or other tablet.

The Packr Base (retail $99.99) is a backpack with an integrated solar panel to help charge your devices while on the go. This panel should be enough to charge a phone but probably not enough to charge an iPad or other tablet.

The Jumpr Slate 10K is a 10,000 mAh battery that is extremely thin. It also has two USB outputs so that you can charge multiple devices at the same time. One side has holes so that you can clip it into a notebook or day planner while on the run.
